Terms of Use
This route pack is licensed exclusively for personal use by the original purchaser and their immediate traveling party. It may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or resold.
01 · License
Personal License Grant
When you purchase a ROAM Travel route pack, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the digital material for your own private travel planning.
- Use is limited to the original purchaser and their immediate traveling party.
- The material is provided as a digital download for private travel use.
- The license does not transfer ownership of ROAM Travel’s underlying intellectual property.
02 · Restrictions
Prohibited Actions
To protect the work involved in producing each route, you may not:
- Share, upload, publish, distribute or otherwise make the route pack available to third parties.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the route pack.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute the content in whole or in part.
- Modify, translate or create derivative versions for distribution.
03 · Intellectual Property
Ownership & Rights
The original written content, itinerary sequencing, visual layouts, bilingual address cards and other original materials created by ROAM Travel remain the intellectual property of ROAM Travel unless otherwise stated.
Photography and other third-party media may be used under applicable commercial, royalty-free or public-domain licenses. Any underlying rights in third-party media remain with their respective owners.
04 · Refunds
Refund & Cancellation

| Sales Final | Digital route-pack sales are final once access to the purchased material has been granted, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. |
| Consumer Rights | Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, the relevant legal requirements and consumer acknowledgements apply. |

Travel Information & Liability
ROAM Travel provides independent travel-planning information and does not operate the hotels, trains, attractions, restaurants or other third-party services mentioned in a route pack.
Schedules, prices, availability, venue rules and service conditions may change without notice.
Route information does not guarantee current hotel rates, train schedules, opening hours, visa requirements or venue policies.
You are responsible for checking passport, visa, health, insurance and entry requirements before travelling.
ROAM Travel is not responsible for injury, financial loss, delays, cancellations, missed connections or other indirect losses arising from travel arrangements.
ROAM Travel is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruption, extreme weather or other force majeure events.
06 · Jurisdiction
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
